Ordering-Three-Ways


ORDER FROM AVAILABLE STOCK – We endeavour to keep our popular colours in stock, ready for you to purchase. Your order will be sent to you in 3 to 5 working days from the date that payment is received.

MADE TO ORDER – Should we not have your product/colour of choice in stock, you are welcome to BACKORDER and we will make up your selection. MADE TO ORDER/BACKORDER instructions are available on the website for each product and you will be clearly guided through the purchase. You will be asked to pay upfront for your order. Please note that processing of orders will only commence after receipt of proof of payment. There is a lead time of approximately 4 weeks.

DESIGN TO ORDER – Should you like a new product designed or an existing product changed, you are welcome to contact us and we will custom make the product for you. We collaborate with you to determine your choice of theme, colour and design. You will be asked to pay upfront for your order. Please note that processing of orders will only commence after receipt of proof of payment. The lead time for design to order is 4 to 6 weeks.

Payment

Your order will only be manufactured/dispatched if paid in full. A deposit can be paid for large orders but your products will only be dispatched once the balance has been paid.

Delivery

Lielies is an eCommerce shop and we use the services of a courier company. Courier costs range between R100 & R300 per parcel and is specified in our Shop with each item. Please note that most of our products are very bulky and are subsequently charged per volumetric weight (length x width x height).

Collection to delivery times are:

Main urban hubs = 2 to 3 working days

Outlying areas = 3 to 4 working days

In the area of Durban = 1 to 2 working days

Overnight delivery is available to ‘main areas’ within South Africa and is normally 4 x the normal courier price. Should you wish to have your parcel sent via overnight courier to you, please let us know.

Order Tracking

A Waybill Number/Tracking details shall be provided once your parcel has been booked in for collection.

Communication & Feedback

Lielies will be in touch with you via email, telephonically or via WhatsApp should there be any delay or issues relating to the manufacture of your order in which case you are welcome to cancel and elect to receive a refund.

Exchanges & Refunds

A fee of R150 will be levied on all exchanges/refunds. We will arrange for the collection and dispatch thereof, provided they are in the same condition that they were received in. NO exchanges/refunds will be processed for used products. Please note that the items being exchanged/refunded MUST be returned to us in secure packaging. Any products that are returned to Lielies and are damaged due to inadequate protective packaging will NOT be liable for the processing of the exchange nor the cost of the exchange and/or refund. Exchanges/refunds must be effected within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of your order.

Warranties

Our products are tested for strength and weight carrying ability. Care is also taken to use the strongest, highest quality materials available. We also inspect all completed products for flaws and endeavour to send out quality products. If there are any faults in our products we will repair and if not repairable then we will be happy to replace the product. Please note that this warranty period is valid for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of receipt of your order.

Please note that damaged/flawed products as a result of use will NOT be considered for repair or replacement

We must be notified within 3 (three) days of delivery of any faults, queries and/or issues in writing and via email to info@lielies.co.za

Safety

The use of the Lielies items is done so entirely at the purchaser’s/user’s own risk. An adult or parent should always supervise the use of our children’s products, especially with babies and small children.

Lielies Dekor, its representatives, employees and/or contractors acting on its behalf, accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or death as a result of any of the use of our products.
